Description of layout:

The principal companionway accesses both the main and forward house interiors. Located in the cockpit the principal companionway steps down into the aft cabin, which houses the owner’s double berth to port and the navigation and watchkeeping sitting area to starboard. This arrangement provides easy access to navigational and systems information as well as getting quickly on deck as may be needed for both the owner and/or watchkeeper, separate from the main cabin and crew. Engine access is available via a removable hatch located behind the main companionway ladder.

Forward of the aft cabin is an open concept main saloon. As you pass through the door to the saloon, to port is a U-shaped galley, a pilot berth, and several storage cabinets. To starboard a sitting bench, a pilot berth, and the galley settee. This open design incorporates the safety of a U-shaped galley, while creating a feeling of spaciousness. The satin cherry wood panelling throughout is simply beautiful, harkening back to the era of majestic traditional yachts.

Passing from the main to the forward house is a deck height passageway that has a heated wet locker to port and water tank and heater closet to starboard. The forward house includes the head and is accessible from its own companionway. Forward of the head is a separate shower which provides access to the forepeak from a removable hatch located in the bulkhead. The forepeak is also accessible from deck via a hatch.

All bronze ports and hatches are “working hatches” including the butterfly hatch and the vessel interior is heated throughout.

There is significant fuel capacity for a vessel this size and plenty of storage space to hold provisions, making for comfortable and safe cruising and offshore passage making.
