Sealine S28 Bolero - 1997 Model
The current owners have spared no expense since their ownership in 2022. Thousands has been spent refitting and upgrading this fine family sports cruiser last year which include the following:
All navigation equipment has been replaced inc Garmin touch screen 9" plotter together with a Garmin GT8 Transducer, Garmin fixed VHF, reversing camera, all new Fusion sound system, new 32' Samsung smart TV with digital antenna and all USB sockets replaced all at a cost exceeding £4500
At the helm, all carlings switches have been replaced, together with new steering wheel, morse controls and new cables, new compass and complimented with a carbon effect dash instrument panel. All new led lighting, phone and cup holders and a brand new canopy was fitted, new fenders and a new set of lines all at a cost of £3k
The cockpit seating areas have also been replaced with Silvertex and finished with Bentley type stitching as well as new foams at a cost in excess of £2500. The synthetic teak cock pit flooring is lovely and compliments all the exterior work done allowing a much more modern look.
The owner did not stop here as he wanted the boat to meet his requirements in every area, all the plumbing has been replaced with new inc the head which is now electric flush, all taps and soap dishes replaced along with a new shower curtain.
The interior fabrics have also all been replaced in Silvertex including new curtains all from John Lewis, the interior is all finished in light cream with contrasting new grey carpets, this gives a light fresh feel and it looks stunning. The galley has been modernised with dark wood 3M wrapping.
We know there is not another S28 for sale that matches the looks of this one.
The Volvo engines were last serviced in 2023 and have only done 30 hours since, outdrives were all stripped back to bare metal and re-sprayed with all new seals and gaskets and new oils. Other benefits include new batteries and Victron charger, new clean agent fire extinguishers, new shore power socket and cable, new horn, new windlass and foot switches, new Led engine bay lights, new wipers, new gas bottle hose and regulator, this list goes on!
In all, our owner has simply been the best custodian you could wish for, a total of around 26k has been spent perfecting the boat he wanted in the condition he wanted, sadly now for sale, this has to be the best on the market for her year and those wishing to view will not be disappointed, every area of this boat is lovely and it will be a pleasure to show.
