Accommodation
The open plan saloon features a wrap around seating area forward providing comfortable seating for up to 6 people around the table which drops to convert into a great size double berth. Linear galley aft to port is equipped with a singl ring Kenyon electric hob, DeLonghi microwave, Novocold front loading fridge, stainless steel sink with draining board and storage areas. Separate heads compartment to starboard equipped with a Jabsco marine toilet, holding tank, stainless steel wash basin, shower and locker. Aft cabin separated from the saloon by a curtain and fitted with double berth, mirror and storage areas. Cream leatherette upholstery and removable fitted saloon carpets throughout. Hot and cold pressurised water supplied via a calorifier. Spacious cockpit with L-shaped seating area to port, helm to starboard and aft bench seat. Walk-thru transom to large bathing platform with transom shower and bathing ladder. Clarion stereo with saloon and cockpit speakers. Ferguson TV/DVD player on hinge bracket.
Mechanical Systems
Located under cockpit sole. Mercruiser Horizon Mag V8 5.7L 300hp petrol engine. Freshwater cooled via heat exchanger. Single lever controls with electric start and power trim/tilt. Wheel steering. Mercruiser Bravo 3 outdrive leg with stainless steel Duo-Prop propellers. Full engine instrumentation. 380 litre fuel capacity. Engine and sterndrive serviced April 2024 plus new anodes and antifouling at the same time.

Rinker Fiesta Vee 270 built by Rinker in 1999 and first commissioned in 2000. White GRP planing hull, superstructure and decks with moulded non-slip surfaces. Walk-thru transom to bathing ladder. Synthetic teak effect decking. Stainless steel mooring cleats. Bolster helm seat. Pvc cockpit seating. Gate in windscreen for foredeck access. Stainless steel wrap around safety rails. Stainless steel mooring cleats. Removable cockpit table.
