This Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 32.2 was built in 2000 to the 2001 specification. It is a popular yacht in the cruising community, reflecting Jeanneau's commitment to combining performance, comfort, and style with 6 berths in 2 cabins including the saloon.
This vessel benefits from a new engine fitted in 2019, Standing that was replaced in 2022, a range of sails, Raymarine Chart Plotter, AIS trasponder and autopilot with other navigation equipment including depth gauge, speed/log, windspeed indicator.
The owner has enjoyed the vessel for the last 10 Years and is now looking to sell the vessel as they are retiring from sailing. A 2014 Survey is available during viewing.

Accommodation :
This Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 32.2 offers a total of six berths across two cabins. The forward cabin features double V-berth, complete with under-berth storage and side shelves. The forepeak also offers an opening deck hatch overhead for ventilation and natural light.
Moving aft the saloon consists of a central table with settee seating to both port and starboard with under-seat storage and numerous lockers and cupboards spread around the seating area including cupboards filled with plates, cups and glasses. These settees also becomes an occasional berths.
The galley is located on the portside aft of the saloon, and features a single stainless-steel sink with pressurized hot and cold water, a gimbled two-burner gas hob with oven and grill, a 12-volt fridge, and ample storage space.
This Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 32.2 benefits from a 140 Litre fresh water capacity, a 240v water heater, a radio/CD player, and a TV in the saloon.
Located opposite the galley, the heads are located on the starboard side with a stainless steel sink set in a vanity unit, with pressurized cold water and shower attachment with built-in shower tray, a marine toilet and mirror.
Located at the stern of the saloon on the port, is a double berth cabin with underberth hanging, and side shelve storage. This cabin also benefit from a single opening portlight to the cockpit and transom porthole which allows natural light and ventilation.
This Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 32.2 is equipped with a webasto diesel heating with outlets in saloon, heads, fore and aft cabins.
The companionway leads up to a large aft cockpit for a boat of its size with bench seating surrounding the wheel steering column with Compass, Depth gauge, Wind direction and speed log, autopilot chartplotter and engine controls at the rear of the vessel.

Built in 2000 to 2001 specification this Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 32.2 has a white GRP hull and superstructure, a fin keel and spade rudder. Benefitting from Teak bench seating in the cockpit, a self-draining cockpit, anchor well, alloy toe rails, stainless steel stanchions, pushpit and pulpit. She was last out of the water in October 2022 when she was antifouled, and her anodes replaced.

Spars & Sails:
This Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 32.2 has a Bermudan sloop masthead rig, with year 2000 aluminium mast and boom with 2022 stainless steel rigging including a new Harken furler, adjustable backstay, and kicker. The vessel has a furling headsail and a slab reefing mainsail with lazyjacks. The running rigging has been replaced as required.

Mechanical Systems:
This Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 32.2 has a single 2019, 3 cylinder, 20HP Yanmar diesel engine with morse controls powering a shaft-driven three-bladed propeller with rope cutter. The cutlass and shaft bearings were replaced in 2019 when the engine was replaced. This Yanmar engine has Circa 200 hours.
The engine was last serviced by the owner in November 2023. The Yanmar is supplied by a 46 Litre capacity plastic fuel tank. This yacht will cruise at approximately 5 knots and has an approximate maximum speed of 7 knots.
Electrical Systems:
3 x 2019 75AH 12-volt batteries (1 x engine + 2 x Domestic batteries) charging from the alternator. This vessel also benefits from a 240v shore power system with ring main, immersion heater and battery charger.
