This well-maintained Sunseeker Manhattan 52 from 2017 / 2018 (delivery April 2018), sold by the second owner (private use only), is flying German flag and EU-VAT paid, the ship documentation and maintenance history over the last few years are flawless. Thanks to the Volvo Penta D11-725 diesel engines with a total output of 1,450 HP and shaft drive as well as the Side Power bow and stern thrusters, maneuvering is a push over. With a cruising speed of 21kn, the engines run at 2,200 rpm and a combined consumption of approximately 190l/h, the maximum speed is around 28kn at 2,500 rpm.
This yacht was completely laid with teak. In addition to the seating area with teak table and the bar furniture facing the kitchen – typical of the MH52 – the spacious cockpit area also offers a crew cabin at the stern – which is ideal as storage space for all boat accessories and fitted with the washing machine/dryer combination – as well as an electro-hydraulic bathing platform and teak-laid gangway. On deck level towards the entrance area a fully equipped kitchen with an electrically lowerable window at the bar, wine cooler and ice maker, as well as towards the helm station, a bright and very spacious saloon with electrically operated TV furniture (Smart TV, 50”) and an electric helm station module, which makes it possible to expand the sofa – also typical of the MH52
On the flybridge – generously designed for up to 12 guests and equipped with a soft bimini over the full length – a lounger and seating area with a coffee table to the side of the helm station, a large seating area with a fixed teak table towards the stern and a BBQ furniture with grill, sink and cool box
The high level of comfort and livability of this Sunseeker is noticeable through many aspects. To make docking, casting off or anchoring maneuvers easier, the owner also has a yacht controller and chain counter at his disposal, in addition to the reversing camera and the electric winches at the stern. Good internet coverage is guaranteed at all times thanks to the installed PepWave Wifi 4G/5G router on board. In the evenings / at night, “FUN” does not only shine due to the underwater lights and the cleverly thought-out lighting concept throughout the exterior areas, but also because of the LED-illuminated ship name at the stern.
