Pavilion Tjalk that served as an inland cargo ship that was subsequently converted into a Live Aboard Houseboat. This Pavilion Tjalk was built in 1893 with a length of 14.25 meters. She was extended in 1922 with approximately 2.50 meters to her current length. After the Second World War she was extended with approximately 5 meters but this was removed again in the early eighties. The pavilion serves as an engine room where a 3 cylinder Kromhout provides the propulsion. Over time, the seller has replaced the necessary steelwork and had the interior partially fitted out by a professional but there is still plenty of work to be done such as painting, replacing the rudder blade and making the anchor winch workable.
