The Northstar 32 is a sturdy sailing yacht built in classic style. The hull is made of steel and was blasted at the yard in 2016 and treated with International 2-component epoxy primer. The roof is made of Multiplex WBP, treated with epoxy 2 component primer and finished with Epifanes 1 component coating. The deck and cockpit are fitted with teak, with splendid classic accents such as bronze portholes, air vents and varnished wooden skylight, handrails, bowsprit, tiller, etc. The Northstar is cutter rigged with a furling genoa and cutter jib. The larch wooden mast is equipped with a steel rail for guiding the mainsail gliders. The mast has been newly varnished in 2021. The sheets are operated from the cockpit with the Lewmar ST winches. A wooden plank can be attached to the helmsman's position to sit on the coaming while sailing. The cockpit can be covered with a sail in the harbor. The Northstar is equipped with navigation equipment, such as a compass, log/depth sounder, anemometer, VHF radio and autopilot. Documentation is available, including a VAT statement and construction drawings. The Northstar is at her summer mooring ready to sail with a new owner.

Interior

The interior is finished with teak and beige paintwork and is in a very neat condition. The saloon has comfortable sofas with synthetic leather cushions, a folding wooden table and a Dickinson heater. The galley is well equipped, with gimballed stove and oven, double sink, fridge and plenty of cupboard space. On starboard side, aft of the galley is an open berth with double bed. The Lister Petter diesel engine is located under the stairs of the cabin entrance. Next to the cabin entrance on the port side is a chart table with switch panel. Behind the chart table is the Heads with pump toilet. The toilet is connected to a waste water tank, equipped with a pump and deck extraction option. There is also a sink and storage space in the heads. The V-bed in the front cabin provides two berths, with more storage space under the cushions.
