Construction

RCD Status: The yacht conforms with the essential safety requirements of Directive 94/25EC or RCDII (2013/53/EU as appropriate (Recreational Craft Directive) and is categorised A – “Ocean”.

Hull, Deck & Superstructure Construction:

• Hand laid glass fibre construction to Moody specification of the time.
• Underwater sections from stem to keel further stiffened by utilising an Aramid (Kevlar) laminate to increase impact resistance.
• White hull.
• Antifouling and anodes changed February 2024.
• Transom includes hydraulic powered hinging transom door / swim platform.
• Swept teak laid deck. New early 2019.
• Deck is stiffened with balsa core, plywood backing plates in way of deck fittings.
• Deck edge incorporates a raised bulwark with lovely teak cap rail.
• Solid stainless rail, port starboard.
• Teak handrail around aft deck.
• Kevlar crane dinghy davits at stern.
• Generous lazarette stowage space.

Keel & Rudder:

• Lead / antimony ballast keel.
• MAISHA has the optional “shoal draft” keel with flattened bulb.
• This keel maintains the same centre of gravity position as the deeper fin keel.

Machinery

Engine & Gearboxes:

• 1 x Yanmar 4LHA-STE 230HP, 4-cylinder, turbo charged diesel.
• New turbo for engine 2021.
• Sigmadrive prop shaft vibration isolation (2020).
• Electronic Micro-commander throttle units, one at each helm.

Maintenance & Performance:

• Engine hours – 10,188 @ October 2024.
• Engine overhauled, heat exchangers, anodes replaced – 2023.
• Cruising speed – 7 knots @ 1700 rpm.
• Maximum speed – 10 knots @ 3000 rpm.
• Engine serviced annually.

Propulsion & Steering:

• Twin helm pedestal units connected by rod steering to a single rudder.
• Carbon fibre steering wheels.
• Emergency tiller system.
• Max Prop 3 Blade Classic feathering propeller.
• Prop-speed applied February 2024.

Bowthruster:

• Sleipner Sidepower SP220TC Electric (thrust 220Kg, power 15Hp/11.2Kw) with controls at each helm.

Electrical Systems

Voltage Systems:

• 24v ships system.
• 220v AC system with ring main.
• Simarine battery monitor (new in 2019).

Battery Banks:

• All batteries replaced 2022/23.
• 8 x Odyssey Performance service batteries, each 12V, 220Ah. Total 1,760Ah. Located under saloon floor.
• 2 x Odyssey 12V 100Ah engine start batteries, under aft bed.
• 1 x Exide AGM 60Ah genset start battery, under aft bed.
• 2 x Odyssey Performance navigation batteries, under aft bed.

Battery Chargers:

• Via 220v (shore or generator).
• Invertor and battery chargers replaced 2022.
• 1 x Victron Energy Phoenix charger 24V 25Amp.
• 2 x Victron Energy BluePower MultiPlus 24V, 3000VA, 70 Amp charger inverter.

Alternators:

• Engine driven 135-amp alternator for batteries.
• Alternator replaced 2023.

Generator:

• 1 x Onan generator 13.5kW.
• Gen set hours: approx. 2,350 @ October 2024. Total hours run estimated at approx. 7,450, as at time of former sale they were 5100. Meter replaced or reset.
• Generator serviced annually.

Shore Power:

• AC electrical system comprises a 220-volt, 50-amp, 50 Hz shore power with two inlet sockets, one for standard use and a second one for the air conditioning.

Plumbing Systems

Fresh Water & Water Heating System:

• Hot water supplied via 220v boiler (shore or gen set) and from engine calorifier.
• The boiler had a new element May 2024.

Watermaker:

• Schenker Zen 100 watermaker, 24V, new 2023. Located in aft lazarette.
• Watermaker display on/off by chart table.

Bilge Pumps:

• Replaced all bilge pumps 2022.
• 2 x automatic bilge pumps in main bilge.
• 1 x automatic bilge pump in engine room.
• Bilge pump in lazarette.

Tankage

Fuel:

• Total capacity of 2,145 litres.
• 2 x tanks of 1,815 litres in total. Located under saloon floor. Cleaned and tested and inspection plates added.
• 1 x stainless steel day tank with 330 litres capacity, replaced 2023.

Fresh Water:

• Total capacity of 1,365 litres, in 1 x GRP tank under saloon floor on starboard.

Grey/Blackwater Holding Tanks:

• Grey water system (bathrooms fitted with local grey water accumulation tanks with automatic discharge).
• Plastic black water tank (under VIP berth) with discharge pump.
• Black water tank replaced and black water system updated 2023. All guest heads feed one tank.

Navigation Equipment

• Nav systems upgraded 2023, including:
• Added all tanks, battery and atmospheric pressure data to multi function display unit.
• Replaced helm panels, adding all critical sail, power and lighting controls to helm positions.

In cockpit:

• 2 x Raymarine plotters MFD units, one at each helm (9” displays), new 2021, with Axiom 9 software SD1 Navionics, new 2021.
• Raymarine instrument repeaters over companionway x 3 – log/wind direction/depth, new 2021.
• Raymarine autopilot coupled to gearbox drive and remote fitted at starboard helm.
• Furuno 260E VHF at port helm.
• 2 x Plastimo binnacle compasses.

At chart table:

• Raymarine hybrid touch screen plotter/GPS at chart table, new winter 2023/24.
• AIS Raymarine, new 2018.
• 260E VHF at chart table.
• Icom handheld VHF.

Domestic Equipment

Galley:

• Force 10 gas cooker with oven and 3 x burners.
• TYTXRV extractor over cooker.
• Beko Microwave.

• Water filter system and tap for drinking water, new 2020.
• Fridge unit, front opening.
• Freezer.
• Fridge and freezer compressors.

Heads/Showers:

• 3 x Vacuflush toilets.
• 1 x Jabsco manual toilet (crew).
• 3 x heads, 2 ensuite and one for day use off the saloon and starboard twin cabin.
• 1 x head and shower forward for crew.
• All heads include shower facilities.

Heating & Ventilation:

• Entire A/C system replaced 2023.
• Air conditioning and heating system – to the aft cabin, saloon, and port cabin + duct to crew cabin.
• Frigomar inverter stand alone AC units 2 x 16,000, 1 x 10,000.

Entertainment:

• Fusion audio system in saloon new in 2018, at chart table.
