Nordic build quality - Few engine hours - Many upgrades
The MAREX 290 SUN CRUISER is a great family boat that sails fantastically, the powerful Volvo Penta engine with supercharger pushes the boat through the water at up to 30 knots. The engine has run few hours (approx. 700) and the current owner has had the engine serviced by a professional marine mechanic.
This Marex has had new cushions updated in 2023, so it appears razor sharp. The canopy can be easily removed to enjoy the magical convertible experience on a nice summer day.
To leeward, you'll find a boat that is in a very nice and inviting condition. Furnished with a saloon with sunbathing area/table and pantry. Nice toilet with shower. Aft double berth transverse with a large hatch that provides good ventilation and light. One detail that we absolutely love in the Marex 290 Cruiser is the large opening/exit from the cockpit to the saloon. It creates a fantastic light and sense of space in the shelter. The boat has a lAll canopies can be easily removed so you can enjoy the sailing trip 100% convertible - a truly magical experience! The cabin and kitchen are in excellent condition, with fabrics on sofas and mattresses that look almost new. The cockpit has been updated with new sofas in 2023 and therefore appears particularly inviting. The engine and drive have been serviced annually, and the boat is bottom painted and 100% ready for summer adventures. .

he boat has been taken ashore for the year, but can of course be inspected. The mechanic has also been by and performed engine service. The owner has also applied a new coat of bottom paint.
