BROKERS REMARKS: Just A Splash is currently on her final week of a 4 month yard refit. The hulls look incredible, and the yacht just had a new bullnose fitted to the bow . This yacht has passed its out of water survey, and the sea-trial is next, which is mid June. Yacht can close end of July. Should sell very quickly.
