(The first photo is taken from the Jeanneau website to give an overall impression of what the Attalia 32 looks like - as this example is ashore and it is not possible to take a good overall photo.)

Furling Genoa. Mainsail. All appear to be in serviceable condition, the mainsail seems good.
“Jeannie” seems clean and fundamentally sound – the decks feel solid and below decks all feels dry and comfortable. The upholstery is, I think, original, and so the newness has worn off but it all seems dry and perfectly usable.
The aft owners cabin is apparently in good condition, suggesting it has seen less usage than the rest of the boat.
Overall I would say this is a boat whose general condition is usable and enjoyable, without having to be too precious.
As well as routine servicing and re-commissioning there are a few jobs needing to be done before she is ready for sea again, reflected in the asking price. The jobs I noticed include (but are not limited to); repair / replacement of the damaged anchor roller, repair / replacement of starboard running light on pulpit, fitting of a new steaming / deck light (new light present but not fitted). The mast is currently off the boat and ashore making for easy inspection and work prior to purchase – and therefore it might be wise to consider getting new standing rigging prior to re-stepping the mast.
Our casual recommendations are in no way to be considered a substitute for a professional and thorough marine survey which we always strongly recommend be conducted prior to the purchase of any boat. The boat is already ashore making conducting a survey very easy.
