Accommodation :
The Kent 33 provides four berths in three cabins with 6’3” head room. The owner’s cabin is forward with a large double island berth with under berth storage, with hanging, shelf and cupboard storage to both port and starboard sides, a mirror, an overhead opening deck hatch above the bed and two opening port holes on both port and starboard sides.
Moving aft, the heads compartment is located to port and includes a white sink mounted within a white moulded vanity unit with hot and cold water, shower attachment, a marine toilet and mirror. This area also includes an opening port hole above the sink, and hot water that is supplied by the 110L Calorifier with an additional 240V immersion heater.
Opposite the heads to starboard, is the guest cabin. Featuring two single berths, one to the floor, and a seating area with under seat storage that converts to a single berth with two opening port holes for great natural light.
Ascending the steps to the wheelhouse saloon area, with great natural light and great visibility through three large forward and three side facing windscreens, you will find a single helm seat positioned to port, complete with full engine controls, navigation aids, and vessel control switches. On the starboard side, opposite the helm, is a due functioning seat for the navigator that rotates into the booth seating behind. Infront of the Navigator is a small chart table and storage for charts and equipment, VHF Radio and CD Player/ FM & DAB Radio.
The wheelhouse also boasts, the galley located along the port side of the wheel house featuring, a Techimpex 2 burner gas hob with oven and grill, double stainless steel sink, and an Isotherm 65Lt Fridge with freezer compartment new in 2022, plus an additional isotherm chest fridge fitted beneath the saloon seating and a 240 volt socket. Directly opposite the galley is the large u-shaped booth seating area with central table, under berth storage and this area also converts to a double berth when required.
Additionally, this Kent 33 is fitted with an Eberspacher diesel cabin heating system, ensuring comfort with vents leading to the owners cabin, guest cabin, heads compartment and wheelhouse saloon.
Moving aft through the doors leads to a spacious aft cockpit for a boat of this size, featuring rear seating with under-seat storage, step seating to both port and starboard side, blue cockpit cushions, and access to the two Nanni engines. This area is completed with a full cockpit canopy.

History & Construction
This Kent 33 was built in 2005 by Cory Yachts International here in Kent and was designed by Simon Cory and has a blue fiberglass hull and a white superstructure, teak decks, and Non-Slip TBS on the stern cockpit deck and floor. Stainless – Steel pulpit and blue cockpit canopy. Sheldrake is Powered by 2 x 200Hp Nanni diesel engine. The Sheldrake benefits from Copper coat that was applied in 2013, and the cutlass bearing and shaft bearing changed in 2017
The owner has enjoyed the boat for the last 6 years and has enjoyed in long voyages from Dover to the Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly, the Channel Islands and France in safety and comfort, but is selling to boat due to the lack of available time he can use the boat.

The Kent 33 is powered by twin 2005 Nanni 200Hp diesel engines, direct cooled with approximately 900 hours of operation. The engines were last service in 2022. These engines are powering 2 x 3-bladed shaft driven fixed propellers fitted with rope cutters. The cutlass bearings, and shaft bearings were replaced in 2017. These engines are offered with great service history.
These engines are supplied by two 400- litres stainless steel fuel tanks, providing a total capacity of 800 Litres. The Kent 33 achieves a cruising speed of 10 knots and a top speed of approximately 15 knots. Engine control is handled by twin lever Morse controls, to improve the handling of the boat this Kent 33 is fitted with both Stern and Bow Thrusters.
Electrical Systems:
Equipped with eight 12-volt batteries. (2 x engine, 2022 + 4 x domestic,2017 + anchor windless 2017 + 1 x Bow Thruster)
These batteries are charged by the engine alternator, solar panel and a battery charger when connected to the 240V power main. This Kent 33 also benefits from a 240- volt ring main throughout the vessel along with a 240w inverter. A Stirling Smart battery management system installed in 2018 ensures optimal performance of the electrical setup onboard.
