Mainsail from 2023 - Brand new sprayhood - 3 cabins
It is not without reason that German Bavaria is very popular among yachtsmen. Boat manufacturers who guarantee plenty of comfort and space on board at a very reasonable price. The Bavaria 35 Cruiser is no exception.
This model has 3 sheltered cabins with a total of 8 berths. The current owner has chosen to equip the boat with a good sailing wardrobe consisting of: Elvstrøm mainsail (year 2023, as new), Elvstrøm furling genoa (year 2014), and Elvstrøm genoa (year 2020), this combined with a well-designed hull creates a foundation for some fine sailing characteristics for this family cruiser.
Deck and cockpit area
The cockpit is furnished with a steering wheel pedestal, in front of this collapsible cockpit table. A "German" shim has been fitted for the shim trim of the mainsail = winch on each side of the cockpit frame, which enables shim on both sides (by default you only have one winch on the luff). From the cockpit aft there is access to a dip via the electric bathing platform. The deck and cockpit are covered with real teak. The cockpit comes with a completely new sprayhood from the well-known manufacturer Kapell & Annat. Also included is a hood with standing height from the same manufacturer, from 2014 and in good condition.
Furnishing about shelter
About shelter you will find 3 cabins, divided into 2 aft cabins and one forward cabin; Owner's Cabin. Salon with L-pantry in BB side with nice black table top. Centrally in the living room sofa group with table. The toilet is located in STB. The Bavaria 35 Cruiser is equipped with many windows and skylights, which contribute to a nice bright cabin. The vast majority are openable, which provides good opportunities for ventilation and fresh air.
Motor
The diesel engine is a Volvo Penta D1-20 that produces 19 horses. The propeller is a 3-blade folding propeller that provides extra power also when reversing.
