Newly restored fibreglas boat from Folkebådcentralen, Denmark.
We are now selling on behalf of a customer a very beautiful and fast newly renovated Nordic folk boat.
The boat was built in 1978 at Folkebådcentralen in Denmark. For many years it was one of the very fastest folk boats in Denmark and a lot of prizes have been won with this boat.
It is constantly kept in "regatta condition", which means that it, among other things, has newer North sails, both the new aluminum rig and the original and very beautiful wooden rig.
In the last year, the boat has been renovated at a shipyard in Norway, where, among other things, the underwater hull has been sandblasted and new bottom material applied. The boat looks like a piece of jewelry both inside and out, it is in tip-top condition!
Nordisk Folkebåt is an easy-sailed and very seaworthy boat that a single person sails alone or with a small crew.
The interior is very beautiful in solid mahogany with a lot of smart solutions that ensure good use of space.
The boat is trailable, so if you want to sail in new waters that are not otherwise accessible or perhaps participate in some regattas abroad, this can easily be done!
