À propos de Oyster OM43

English

Oyster OM43 2009 with twin Cummins 480 HP diesel engines on shafts to Hamilton jets with mouse control. This is a rare opportunity to purchase one of four vessels in existence. The Oyster OM43 offers 4 berths in two cabins with a generous saloon and cockpit all on one level through the boat to the helm.

Taking inspiration from the classic good looks of the pilot launches and patrol boats of the post war years, the OM43 was conceived following demand from a number of Oyster sailing yacht owners who were looking for a fast and elegant motor yacht with the attention to detail and build quality that matched their existing Oyster.

Beyond her timeless exterior, the OM43 is a thoroughly modern motor cruiser with twin jet drives which reduce the draft to just 68 centimetres and obviate the need for propellers or rudders. Close quarters handling is a delight as the OM43 can be manoeuvred using a conventional wheel and throttles or via a joystick or mouse. Her Cummins 480hp turbo diesels provide the power to achieve 30 knots at wide open throttle and cruise effortlessly at 22 knots.

The accommodation is elegant and simple, with a large and spacious cockpit aft leading into a comfortable saloon. The OM43 has the benefit of two guest cabins, one large forward double island berth with a second large double berth that converts into twin berths when required, while aft of the helm position is a large and spacious linear galley. The head/shower is located to starboard with a large shower compartment and separate heads.

Cora has been in the same ownership since she was launched in 2009. She has been cruised locally, maintained regardless of cost and presents in first-class condition. Cora has always been maintained by one of the ex-broom employees that actually built her back in 2009.

Early viewing highly recommended!
