NORDSHIP 28 WITH NEW ENGINE! Nordship is the ideal family boat with two cabins and a toilet room. The boat is very spacious, safe and comfortable to be on board on, and at the same time it has really good sailing characteristics - the boat is designed by Elvstrøm and Kjærulf! It is equipped with a nice central cockpit, where you sit comfortably and protected. There is access from the cockpit to both the saloon and the aft cabin.
Under deck, the boat is equipped with a well-functioning pantry with pressurized water, a gas stove with oven and a large cooler.
There are longitudinal bunks/sofas with room for six adults around the dining table.
From the saloon there is access to the forepeak with a double berth. Everywhere there is good stowage space with many cupboards and drawers. In the aft cabin there is also good stowage space and two wide single berths that can easily be changed to a very large double berth.
This Nordship 28 could use the following updates, which the buyer must expect (unless you can do it yourself):
- New cockpit tent and spray hood (DKK 30,000)
- Lantern in the front can be connected (DKK 2,000)
- Ceiling above kitchen repaired for water damage (DKK 2,000)
- Refrigerator will be connected to a new compressor from 2021 (DKK 2,000)
- New autopilot (DKK 5,000)
- Scratches on the front of the boat's hull (DKK 3,000)
- Antenna and windex are mounted on the mast (DKK 2,000)
- Fittings on roller headsail at the top are replaced (DKK 3,000)
- New bag for mainsail is mounted on the boom (DKK 4,000)
(Total for repair approximately DKK 53,000)
Engine and electrical installations were replaced in summer 2021 and have run for approximately 10 hours. The boat is now protected against frost and under a tarpaulin. Toilet with pumps has also been replaced in 2021.
