Timelessly elegant raised saloon bluewater cruising yacht in WEST system epoxy construction and boasting a comprehensive cruising inventory.
FURTHER BROKER’S COMMENTS:
Supremely elegant Italian-designed raised saloon cruising yacht constructed by hand in a historic Ukrainian shipyard using WEST system wood epoxy with oak frames, triple mahogany planking and GRP sheathing below the waterline.
Gaining all the benefits of wood epoxy construction including excellent heat, noise and vibration insulation, SERENA offers luxurious accommodation for six plus two crew in her three ensuite guest cabins and ensuite crew cabin forward, finished in hand-crafted mahogany.
On deck, SERENA has a powerful cutter-rigged sail plan with furling genoa and staysail and fully-battened mainsail with low-friction battencars. A gennaker is also provided, complete with sock. Sail-handling is very well thought-out with a powered main halyard winch at the mast base and the remaining sail control winches positioned around the helm, leaving the guest cockpit area free of lines and clutter.
The guest cockpit is very well protected thanks to the raised saloon profile, and a recently added bimini arrangement with stainless steel frame is perfect for warm-waters sailing.
