Building on the multi award-winning C42 and C38, Bavaria has again stepped up the game in the 45-46 ft. category, bringing the well-known German engineering and advancements as well as the fine sailing characteristics, quality of build and robustness.
The new C46 shares the same philosophy of the ultra succesful C42 and C38 - a very beamy boat at 4.7m max beam that is carried all the way aft through the hard chines which allows for an incredibly large cockpit, beautifully large and comfortable aft cabins.
The Bavaria V-bow allows for an improved amounts of volume and space above floor level on the bow cabin, without sacrificing wet area. The bow cabin of the C46 is a masterpiece of space and comfort in the 46ft. category!
The hard chines and V-bow contribute greatly to the amazing sailing characteristics with minimal healing even at higher wind speeds, with positive trim of the bow while close reaching.
The C46 would be the ideal family cruiser that once again, like the C45 and the Cruiser 46 in the past - will move the bar higher for all the industry to follow!
