Construction

RCD Status: The yacht conforms with the essential safety requirements of Directive 94/25EC or RCDII (2013/53/EU as appropriate (Recreational Craft Directive) and is categorised A – “Ocean” (or Cat B – whichever is appropriate)

Hull, Deck & Superstructure Construction:

• White GRP hull with teak laid decks and teak laid cockpit seating.
• Hull epoxy treated below the waterline at build.
• Hull copper coated (2018).
• All original deck and cockpit caulking removed and replaced (2021).

Keel & Rudder:

• Wing keel.
• Spade rudder with extra - large elk hide covered steering wheel.

Machinery

Engine & Gearboxes:

• 1 x Volvo D2-55 55hp diesel engine.
• Excellent access to engine compartment with companionway steps rising on 2 x gas struts.
• Sweden Yachts supplied engine spares kit.
• Vetus switchable dual fuel filter system installed in engine compartment (2020).
• Volvo Penta D2 55 heat exchanger refurbished, and new thermostat installed (2023).
• New Jabsco engine blower installed (2022).

Maintenance & Performance:

• Engine Hours: approx. 2,850hrs as of May 2024.
• Engine has received either annual or 100hr full services (whichever sooner).
• Engine last serviced May 2024 (oil, filters, and impeller).

Propulsion & Steering:

• Sail drive seal replaced (2018).
• Ambassador rope cutter installed to sail drive unit (2022).
• Sail drive to Bruntons 3-bladed folding propeller.
• Bow thruster.

Electrical Systems

Voltage Systems:

• 1 x 220v outlet with USB outlet in the fore and aft cabins (2021).
• 1 x 12v USB outlet in the fore and aft cabins (2021).

Battery Banks:

• New batteries fitted to FANDANGO October 2024.
• Domestic bank - 4 x Lucas VRLA CYCLIC AGMs (12v x 200Ah) - therefore, they provide 400Ah at 24 volts.
• Mastervolt battery monitor at chart table (2021).

Battery Chargers:

• Mastervolt battery charger installed (2022).

Alternators:

• Upgraded Mastervolt 110mA 24v services alternator and Alpha Pro2 regulator installed (2018).

Shore Power:

• 220v Shore power system with cable.

Other Electrical:

• Mastervolt 24/1500 50Hz inverter installed (2021).
• Air Breeze marine wind generator.

Plumbing Systems

• Several seacocks replaced (2018).

Fresh Water & Water Heating System:

• Seagull 1V pressurised drinking water system installed (2022)
• Pressurised hot and cold freshwater system.
• Additional foot pumps in galley.
• Shureflow pressurised freshwater pump (2023).
• Quick Nautic B3 calorifier installed (2023).

Bilge Pumps:

• 24v Electric bilge pump.
• Manual bilge pump.

Tankage

Fuel:

• Total capacity of 280 litres (62 gallons) in 1 x stainless steel fuel tank.
• 5 x 20L spare diesel containers.

Fresh Water:

• Total capacity of 700 litres (154 gallons) in 3 x stainless steel freshwater tanks.
• Including 1 x extra tank added from standard at build.

Grey/Blackwater Holding Tanks:

• Holding tanks forward and aft for both heads.
• Both holding tanks removed and hot pressure flushed (2020).

Navigation Equipment

• Full Raymarine electronics suite upgrade (AIS transceiver, radar, VHF at nav desk & helm, plotters at nav desk & helm and new Scanstrut helm instrument pod) (2019).
• ICS Navtex antenna replaced, and new software update installed (2021).

At Helm Pod:

• Scanstrut SPH-15D helm pod - with mounted: cockpit light switch, waterproof USB charger, bow thruster and remote windlass controls (2019).
• Raymarine Axiom Pro 9” MFD touch screen plotter (includes manual controls for wet conditions) (2019).
• Raymarine P70S autopilot head (Raymarine 6000 autopilot).
• Raymarine Ray 90 VHF handset (2019).

At Companionway:

• 4 x Raymarine i50/i60 displays for depth, wind, close-hauled wind, speed/log (2019).

At Chart Table:

Galley:

• Top opening Isotherm 24v water-cooled refrigerator/freezer.
• Smev 3-burner stove with oven.
• 4 x butane gas cylinders
• Microwave.
• Extra refrigerator to starboard in galley.
• Gas system rubber hosing replaced (2020).
• 1 x 220v Outlet.
• Comprehensive cookware, crockery, cutlery etc. all included.

Heads/Showers:

• 2 x WCs, forward and aft; new piping in forward heads compartment (2009).
• 2 x Showers, forward and aft.
• 1 x Spare Jabsco toilet flush unit.

Heating & Ventilation:

• New Lewmar deck hatches (5) and all opening port light hatches (6) (2019).
• Lewmar Mosquito hatch inserts
• 7 x Caframo Sirocco fans installed (2 in master cabin, 1 in each aft cabin and 3 in saloon) (2021).
• Eberspacher diesel heating system with control at chart table.

Entertainment:

• Alpine DAB radio/CD player with Bluetooth 2 x Speakers in saloon and 2 x Fusion speakers in cockpit (2019).

Fore Cabin:

• Ensuite heads forward with separate shower area.
• Offset double berth to port with large storage drawer below.
• Sprung mattress.
• To starboard is a sofa area and two wardrobes.

Saloon:

• Saloon seating to port, around large table, with compass rose inlay.
• Opposite to starboard is the forward-facing chart table.
• Aft to starboard is an L shaped galley.
• Opposite on port is a day heads which doubles as a wet room.

Aft Cabins:

• 2 x Double cabins to port and starboard both with hanging lockers (port locker shelved).
