Seaward Nelson 39, designed by Arthur Mursell (TT Boat Designs), with 2 x 370 hp Yanmar 8LV–V8 diesel engines and full service history, which was commissioned for its highly experienced sole owners in May 2017 – “I have been privileged to own five Seaward boats over the past 36 years and have come to appreciate their fine sea keeping properties in many thousands of miles of cruising”. Very impressive specification / inventory includes electric anchor windlass, bow and stern thrusters, separate fuel tanks for each engine, Humphree Interceptor trim tabs, cabin heating, electric fresh water flushing toilet and holding tank, fully equipped galley, advanced digital switching, comprehensive Raymarine electronics package, Liferaft, EPIRB, tender with snap davits and extensive engine compartment sound insulation. An exceptional example of these timeless category ‘A’ ocean-going semi-displacement motor yachts, with luxurious accommodation for 4 / 5 persons and legendary sea keeping qualities, which must be seen and tested to be fully appreciated.
