This new 2022 model Greenline 33 Solar is a Hybrid version (with H-Drive)

In addition to the 220hp Volvo Penta D3 dieselengine, the boat has a 14kW electric engine with an integrated 10kW generator attached to the dieselengine with a hydraulic controlled clutch. You are able to run on diesel or electric just by turning a switch.

Top speed on diesel is approximately 16 knots, while top speed on electric is approximately 6,5 knots. The boat has a straight shaft.

This 2022 model Greenline 33 Solar HYBRID has 2 x 13,3kW Litium-Polymer batteries, and a 56V/70A/5000W automatic charger/inverter. The range with electric power is approximately 40 nautical miles on around 4,5 – 5 knots of speed. The charging time for the batteries are between 2,5 and 3 hours when using the diesel engine. The charging time when connected to shore power is dependant of the capacity of the shorepower connection.

The model has won no less than 17 international boat-, design- and environmental prices. The model is the most-winning international Boat Of The Year in that boat size. The main reason is that the Greenline 33 Solar has all the Greenline Yachts advantages – a one level living concept with no single step between bathing platform and helmsman position, and sufficient self-produced AC power to keep you running forever.
