She is currently a full time live aboard, and the current, second owners, have lived on her full time for the last 10 years.

EnaVigo is comfortable and homely as well as being a super sailing vessel, easy to handle, with all lines coming back to the cockpit, and a massive helm wheel. She has inboard AC, a watermaker, solar, a Genset and a bow thruster, along with a full and extensive inventory for ready to go cruising.
Below decks, the galley is on the port side and the navigation corner is on the starboard side. There is sleeping accommodation for 6 people in the 3 cabins. The owner's cabin in the bow has an ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet. On the starboard side at the entrance there is a second wet room, also with a toilet and shower. There is plenty of closet and storage space throughout the boat. In short, Enavigo is a very spacious and sporty sailing yacht with lots of comfort, ideal for full time blue water cruising, or coastal cruising/ or racing in Thailand and Malaysia. Duty free Langkawi is a great place to base yourself as you get to know your new boat, and sail the water sof the Andaman Sea, Thailand, Indonesia, and then, venture further afield. There is a great community in Rebak, and there are contractors and skilled labor throughout Langkawi.

the Grand Soleil 45' to introduce a new construction process based on an innovative, high-strength frame in hot dip galvanised steel
that confers rigidity to the hull and uniformly distributes the loads of the bulb keel, mast and chain plates. The result is a safe yacht
with docile handling qualities, able to deal with virtually any sea conditions without qualms, and subject to very few limits.
* The lines of the Grand Soleil 45' are eye-catching and sporty, in the best del Pardo style. This is a yacht that is both concrete and
refined, where the spaces above deck are free and unencumbered, with enclosed halyard routings, and a racing-style cockpit that is
spacious and well-ordered, for maximum speed and agility of movement. Water lines and sail area are configured to give scope for
maximum satisfaction in both cruising and racing.
* The large helm wheel allows the best control and a comfortable upwind or downwind positioning, always with an excellent
