Un-stepped and completely stripped. Revarnished, metalwork re-galvanised, all wooden cleats removed and restored, winches removed and serviced, new LED tricolour and anchorage light fitted at masthead
Standing and running rigging replaced with new, headsail furling system replaced with refurbished Harken MK111 Unit 0 all by Hemisphere Rigging Services
New spruce spreaders crafted and fitted
Keel, hull, decks
Keel bolts x 3 removed and replaced with new in 316 stainless steel
Transom and rudder fittings renewed
Rudder stem rebuilt with new cheeks scarfed in with stainless steel side plates
Rotten timbers cut out in decks, topside and transom, scarf in new
Cockpit
Completely removed including saloon bulkhead
Replaced cockpit bearers
New engine bay and saloon bulkhead installed
Cockpit sole, side panels, locker doors and rope lockers renewed in mahogany
Manual bilge pump installed in cockpit side panel
12v Electric system
New battery boxes x 2 and cables installed below cockpit sole
New 2-way battery selector switch installed
New 12v distribution panel installed with digital volt meter
Engine alternator replaced
Bilge pumps replaced - one electronic automatic - one float switch controlled

Exhaust elbow and seals replaced with genuine Volvo Penta parts
