This example of a replica Dutch barge was fitted out to a high standard by Robertsons of Woodbridge in 2003 and the interior living quarters reconfigured and updated by Robertsons in 2022. ACCOMMODATION
The accommodation offers up to four berths in two cabins, with potential for further occasional berths in the saloon. Forward stateroom, with central queen-sized bed. Radiator. Opening window/emergency escape to foredeck. Fitted carpet and curtains. Door from stateroom to passageway with heads compartment to starboard. Sanimarin toilet piped to holding tank, with overboard and deck discharge. Vanity unit, with h&c water supply. Good storage. MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS
Located under the wheelhouse floor. Perkins 135 hp, six cylinder diesel engine. Fresh water cooled via heat exchanger. Shaft drive to fixed four bladed propeller, via a PRM 500D gearbox. Electric start. Single lever engine control. Hydraulic wheel steering. Cruising speed 6 knots. Maximum speed 8 knots. Vetus bow thruster. Full diesel fired central heating (needs testing) & hot water system with Somy ships boiler.
Alternator charging to 3 x 24 volt banks of 12 volt batteries.
