Description
Vancouver 38 Classic built in 1998 by Northshore. "Guillemette" was build # 1 of 3 of the Vancouver 38C. She features two double cabins with two heads - feels more spacious than the more numerous Pilot saloon version.
She is an improved 36, with the same hull as the 38 pilot with a different deck configuration - a cutter rigged masthead sloop.
Many extras including electric winches, bow thruster and Hydrovane as well as conventional Autohelm autopilot. Blue hull

Accommodation
Saloon - dinette with teak dining table with fiddles. Book shelf outboard with plenty of storage under and behind seating. To starboard there is an "island" settee with good dry storage beneath. The saloon sittee berth has a lee cloth available.  There are two cupboards , one a wet locker and the other for bottle stowage and such. The galley is to starboard opposite the dinette and forward facing chart table is aft of the galley.  There is plenty of space on, under and around the chart table; all instrumentation to hand.
Galley - Two burner gimballed Smev gas cooker with oven and grill. Double sinks with drailers and pressurised hot and cold wayter system. Hand-operated fresh water pump as back-up, and large top-loading fridge. Good pegged storage for cups and plates.
Forecabin - full length V-berths with infill to create a double; invill creates a seat when not in use. Storage bins under the berth, with additional lockers and shelving. Large hanging locker and dressing table to startboard.  Access to chain locker through forward bulkhead trap-door.
Forecabin heads - ensuite to forecabin and to port with marine toilet, hand basin, pressurised hot/cold water, shower with teak shower grating with electric pump out, large locker outboard, mirror anf normal heads kit.
Aft cabin - to port and has a large 6ft double berth, mattress is split longitudinally so allowing effective use of lee cloth. Hanging locker with dressing table, plenty of stowage and a seat. Emergency hatch to cockpit.
Aft heads - Separate compartment aft and to starboard; marine toilet, hand basis with hot/cold pressurised water. Shower with teak grating and generous stowage.

Rig
Spars are aluminium alloy anodised silver. Double spreader mast is sound deadened, has spinnaker pole track and internal halyards.
