CONSTRUCTION
GRP hull deck & superstructure.
Hull - Layup with Lloyds-approved isophthalic gel coats and resins.
Stiffened with heavy GRP foam-filled stringers, re-enforced with GRP accommodation and services framework, which is bonded to the hull or stringers.
Engine beds integral to the frame with steel reinforced engine mount.
Superstructure - GRP with balsa reinforcing to tread and load areas, reinforced by plywood beds for deck gear and equipment.
Hull joined with Plexus and covered by aluminium fendering with plastic insert.
Hull colour is dark blue with a cream superstructure gelcoat finish.
Teak decking in the aft deck/cockpit.
