MECHANICAL
Ford Mermaid 55hp inboard diesel engine fitted 2002. Flexible coupling to shaft drive with non drop shaft seal. Brunton’s Varifold 3 bladed folding propeller 2017. New PRM gearbox in 2018. 40 gallon fuel tank. Selection of engine spares. Cam Belt and water pump replaced 2021.

DOMESTIC
Her galley has a gas cooker with 2 burners, oven and grill (2020), front opening refrigerator (2011), hot and cold water supply to twin stainless steel sinks, hot water via engine calorifier or 240v immersion heater. Her forward separate heads compartment has a marine toilet, wash basin and shower with hot and cold water. Stainless steel holding tank. Aft heads compartment with marine toilet, wash basin and shower. Upholstery, curtains and teak/holly cabin floor. Mattress protector and fitted sheets, new and unused.
