Nach 23 Jahren im Besitz dieser gut gepflegten, hochseetauglichen, schön ausgestatteten und solide gebauten Segelyacht mit Ketsch-Takelung aus dem Jahr 1988 wird sie nun zum Verkauf angeboten, damit sich neue Eigner in ein Abenteuer stürzen können.
Die Columbie 451 wurde von dem dänischen Schiffbauingenieur Petter G. Lie entworfen, in der Møns Værft aus hochfestem Fiberglas geformt und in der Nordship Yachtværft wunderschön ausgestattet. In den 1980er Jahren wurden fünfundvierzig Exemplare gebaut, von denen die meisten noch immer auf hoher See unterwegs sind. Das Boot eignet sich aber auch hervorragend als Segelboot, denn es ist geräumig und dank des doppelten Rumpfes und Decks hervorragend isoliert und wird über 2 Dieselheizungen sowohl mit Wasser als auch mit Luft beheizt.
Das Boot ist bekannt für seine große Seetüchtigkeit und sein ruhiges Fahrverhalten. Mit 550 Litern Frischwasser und 400 Litern Diesel an Bord, 16 Tonnen Stabilität und 2 Masten haben Sie das Rezept für einen echten Weltumsegler.
Unter Deck ist es gigantisch mit 10 großen Kojen in 5 Kabinen, 2 Toiletten und einem separaten Duschraum sowie einer großen Pantry mit viel Schrankraum.
Der Motor ist ein grundsolider Ford 4,2-Liter-Diesel mit 85 PS, der leicht anspringt, leise und sparsam läuft.
Das große und völlig offene Deck macht es einfach, auf dem Vordeck zu arbeiten und zu bleiben. Und das große Cockpit mit 2 Tischen bietet selbst der größten Crew ausreichend Schutz und Platz für Geselligkeit.
Die Segel sind in Ordnung, aber das Deck braucht bald eine Auffrischung mit neuen Fugen.
Das Boot wird mit der gesamten Ausrüstung an Bord geliefert, einschließlich 4 Überlebensanzügen, 8 Schwimmwesten und mehr.
