the ship is planned for 36 passengers in 18 double cabins with a bathroom. Accommodation for 8 crew members is planned. Guest cabins range in size from 12 to 18m2.
Since all cabins are partitioned with sandwich panels, reconstruction can be done very easily and cheaply. In that case, there would be 6 cabins between 40 and 50 m2 on the main deck.
A gym, sauna or something similar could be built on the lower deck.
According to the current situation, the ship is registered as a passenger ship for short international voyages (coastal navigation) and has the RINA class and the flag of Malta. In case he registered as a yacht he would get a license without restrictions on the navigation area. It can be registered as a private yacht or as a big commercial yacht.
The price in its current state with all permits would be 5,000,000 EUR.(negotiable)
