MAXI 1000 (1992) (PROJECT YACHT). This is a rare to the market project Yacht that will be a very rewarding experience once she is completed. The MAXI 1000 was built in 1992 and had a fire in the forward port side saloon section of the vessel. It was started by a faulty battery and located under the saloon seating area. As the pictures show this has caused fire and heat damage to some of the internals. there is no sign of heat damage to the exterior hull on the port or top side. These will require inspection and the Yacht is sold as is. The Yachts mast, boom, rigging and sails are all onboard and in good serviceable condition. The engine is a new VETUS M218A402A Diesel Engine that is in the Yacht and can be seen running. It is fitted with an array of navigation and domestic equipment that is untested and is being sold as seen. There is no survey or inventory so on site inspections are welcomed. All offers close to the asking price will be considered. We can load the Yacht to transport and Yacht must leave the site within 2 weeks of purchase.
