The M.R. Moore One Design Steel Yacht, built in 2006, is currently for sale in Jersey, Channel Islands. This unique yacht boasts a length of 10.97 metres and was expertly home-built with oversize plating and fittings, featuring meticulously documented construction stages available for inspection. Having successfully sailed from the Mediterranean to Jersey in 2019, the yacht recently experienced storm damage to the port topside, though it remains purely cosmetic and repairable. The vessel is equipped with advanced navigation equipment, including an Auto Pilot, Standard Horizon GPS Plotter, and Silva instruments, along with a Garmin GPSmap 192c at the chart table and an Icom VHF Radio. Its sail inventory consists of a Main Sail and Spinnaker, with the Genoa and bimini fabric damaged beyond repair. An inflatable tender with a 2.3hp Honda outboard and sprayhood are also included, and the pricing reflects the current storm damage.
This one-off steel yacht has been home built to a high standard, with oversize plating and fittings. Each stage of the build has been meticulously documented and is available for inspection.
It has proven itself by sailing to and around the Mediterranean until arriving in Jersey in 2019.
