New to our listings is this extremely well maintained and well inventoried Lagoon 450F, December 2016.
As evident in the photos, she is in very good condition, and comes with an impressive fly bridge hardtop, designed by the current owner, and professionally built and fitted in Thailand. It really opens up that viewing platform and steering helm as another liveable area, with full sun and rain cover, and a perfect place to keep an eye on the ocean, and catch the breeze.
Guests and family can nestle into the forward sunken seating area, which easily seats 8-10 people. The large cockpit has a double day bed sofa as well as U shaped seating around the table for 10-12 people. Lagoons are famous for their indoor/ out door spaces, where the companionway bulkhead area is mostly glass sliding doors, and the galley sliding window fully opens to welcome in the outside seating area. Making serving and communication a seamless experience.
The 360 degree views through the saloon windows allow the full experience of your location into your living area.
This 450F is a 4 cabin version, with 4 double walk in cabins, each with its own shower and toilet cubicles.
Ample head height, light, and ventilation allows for an uninhibited living space, and there is also ample storage for all your cruising needs.
The inventory really wants for nothing. She has inboard air conditioning, a watermaker, fridge and freezer, a large 11kVA Onan genset, new 12 inch Zeus B & G Chart plotters on the flybridge and Saloon, and new house batteries and solar panels in 2024. She is equipped with all the basic tools, and crockery and living items to take off immediately.
The current owner returns in 1 week for a sailing holiday, and the boat is available for viewing by appointment.

Current owner purchased her in July 2022.
She has only sailed in Thailand & Malaysia.
The current owner sails her 6-12 weeks a year. She is kept in a marina when not in use, cleaned, hull scraped, engines started every month.
Engines, generator, sail drives serviced November/December 2024, Antifouled November 2024 (including propspeed on propellers)
All items in the ( available) survey were dealt with professionally, some before purchase and some later.
Lagoon inspected bulkheads whilst Vancouver was with Dream Yacht Charter and found no problems.
The survey I carried out checked bulkheads and found no problems.
However Lagoon provided customised bulkhead reinforcement and dedicated parts kits which were installed by their agents in Phuket. There is a signed letter confirming this.
Having her in the charter fleet of DYC in Thailand during the covid period was to her advantage, as she was extremely well maintained and serviced throughout that period.
