The Kooijman & De Vries 10.35 is a spacious steel motorcruiser, with a fixed doghouse and open cockpit that is covered with a cockpit tent. The yacht was originally designed as a motorsailer and has been in use as a motor yacht for quite some time. The rigging has been removed and is no longer available. In the cockpit is a bench with folding table. The Mitsubishi 42 hp diesel engine was newly installed in 2014, it has few running hours. A new Vetus electric bow thruster was also installed in 2021, which makes maneuvering easier. In 2023 a new dieseltank has been fitted. In 2022 the old paint was removed from the hull and repainted with 2-component paint. The underwater hull has also been repainted and applied with antifouling. Some maintenance is necessary, such as painting of the deck, doghouse and rear railing. The price has been adjusted accordingly. The cabin roof has a solid teak deck. On the bow is an anchor with manual windlass. On the transom are 2 steel davits including stainless steel hand winches that can be turned inwards.
The cabin is spacious with a good headroom of 1.90m throughout the interior. Next to the entrance at PS is a chart table with drawer. At SB is a refrigerator with longitudinal galley including electric stove and plenty of cupboard space. The settee at PS can be used as an extra double bed. The forepeak can be closed with a door. Here is a Head with flushing toilet, an open hanging closet and front cabin with a double bed and cupboards. In addition to the Eberspacher hot air heater there are two electric heaters. The gas locker is currently out of use. The original purchase contract, price list, invoices and Kooijman drawings are included with the documents.
De Kooijman & De Vries 10.35 is een ruim stalen motorjacht, met vast stuurhuis en open kuip die met een kuiptent wordt overdekt. Het jacht is oorspronkelijk als motorsailer ontworpen en is sinds geruime tijd als motorjacht in gebruik. Het tuigage is verwijderd en niet meer aanwezig. In de kuip is een zitbank met klaptafel. In 2014 is de Mitsubishi 42pk dieselmotor nieuw geplaatst, deze heeft nog weinig draaiuren. Tevens is er in 2021 een nieuwe Vetus elektrische boegschroef ingebouwd die het manoeuvreren makkelijker maakt. In 2023 is een nieuwe dieseltank ingebouwd. In 2022 is de oude verf van de romp verwijderd en opnieuw geschilderd met 2 componenten verf. Tevens is het onderwaterschip opnieuw geschilderd en in de antifouling gezet. Er is nog onderhoud nodig, zoals schilderen van het dek, harde buiskap en reling achter. De prijs is daarom aangepast. De opbouw heeft een solide teakdek. Op de boeg is een anker met handmatige ankerlier. Op de spiegel staan 2 stalen davits inclusief rvs handlieren die naar binnen gedraaid kunnen worden.
De kajuit is ruim met een goede stahoogte van 1,90m door het gehele interieur. Naast de ingang is aan BB een kaartentafel met lade. Aan SB is een koelkast met langsscheepse kombuis inclusief elektrisch kooktoestel en veel kastruimte. De dinette aan BB kan als extra dubbel bed gebruikt worden. Het vooronder kan met een deur worden afgesloten. Hier is een toiletruimte met spoeltoilet, een open hangkast en voorhut met dubbel bed en legkasten. Naast de Eberspacher hete lucht verwarming zijn er twee elektrische kacheltjes. De gasbun is momenteel buiten gebruik. Het originele koopcontract, prijslijst, nota’s en Kooijman bouwtekeningen zijn bij de documenten aanwezig.
