INTRODUCTION

The Jongert 45C WELLENREITER is the largest yacht ever launched by the renowned Dutch yard Jongert.

She was built with the highest level of craftsmanship. Her entire conception is based upon the owner’s desire for comfort and amenity below, as well as safety and seaworthiness.

Andre Hoek Design took care of the exterior and interior styling and all naval architecture, while the Jongert in-house team was responsible for structural engineering.

Built to Lloyds class and MCA compliant, the steel sloop with aluminium superstructure and keel with centreboard configuration was launched in 2003.

She has a very high sail area to displacement ratio for a keel boat and a lot of Hoek details in terms of sheer and styling. Other technical elements include her furling boom, captive winches and storage for two tenders in the stern (under deck) and bow (integrated in the superstructure).

WELLENREITER timeless interior design features spacious and comfortable living areas.

The open plan saloon and dining room showcases classically elegant décor to suit all tastes and ample seating for guests to relax both on deck and below.

She accommodates seven to eight guests in upmost comfort and elegance.

The full beam master suite is located astern and includes an office and a vast walk-through bathroom, a spectacular feature normally found on large motoryachts.

In 2019, the starboard owners en-suite office has been converted to a separate twin guest cabin matching the port side twin guest cabin with central passage to the owner's aft stateroom.

The yacht accommodates now 8 guests in total: Three en-suite guest cabins (one VIP forward portside and two twin aft plus the owner’s stateroom) and six crew members in three ensuite cabins.

WELLENREITER is a blue-water sailing yacht with luxurious comfort, equipped for worldwide cruising. The owner and his professional team have always maintained her in perfect condition.

Following the recent works in 2019 and the 2018 refit in excess of 2M€, her asking price is now set at a reasonable figure of €7.750.000. She is fully VAT paid.
