Accommodation

The Merry Fisher 895 Offshore is a popular choice for boaters due to the offering of two double private cabins along with spacious pilot house and comfortable cockpit.

The pilot house is bright and airy with large windows to the port and starboard and sliding door at the helm allowing access to the bow and stern. Twin sliding sun roof with blinds and mosquito net and set of curtains to surrounding windows with set of carpets to saloon and cabins (New 2022) The forward seat of the saloon dinette doubles as the co-pilot's back rest when underway, while the helm sea is a separate swivelling bucket seat.

A compact galley is positioned to the starboard side and offers twin gas burner hob with stainless steel sink and fridge.

Sleeping arrangements are conventional. There's a generous island double berth in the forward cabin and an aft cabin with a transverse double bunk cutting back under the helm deck, with seated room near the bedhead.

The floor and dressing space in the forward cabin is enhanced by the offset mattress, the sliding rather than swing door, and the fact that you add a small infill to maximise the length of the bed. A separate head with Jabsco sea toilet, shower and sink is positioned to the starboard side.

The cockpit can be fully enclosed via the canopy which is a real benefit during the evenings or cooler days. This can be fully or part removed to enjoy the summer weather if desired. The cockpit seating surrounds a removable teak cockpit table which converts to offer a sun pad perfect for relaxing. Further relaxation space can be found at the bow with large sun pad cushions ideal for enjoying when on berth or at anchor.
