The Island Packet 380 is a beautifully designed and robust long distance cruiser, with the benefit of their versatile cutter rig. "Island Spirit" has been well maintained and upgraded in her ownership. She boasts many extras including a bow thruster, generator, new sails and coppercoat. Early viewing is highly recommended.

Accommodation
The layout offers six berths with two double sleeping cabins separate from the main accommodation. The interior is attractively fitted out with an abundance of natural hardwood with generous stowage and full standing headroom throughout. There is excellent ventilation with opening deck hatches and portlights in every cabin. In the forecabin, large island double berth with stowage under. Separate heads compartment to port with marine WC, shower and washbasin. 150 litre holding tank with guage. Heated towel rail.
In the saloon, two settee berths. Fold-down saloon table with extending leaves and stowage behind. Galley to starboard with a twin stainless steel sinks with hot and cold pressurised water system. 644 litres freshwater capacity. Fridge/freezer. Microwave. Three burner gimballed gas cooker with grill and oven. Opposite to port is the aft facing chart table with controls and instruments. The aft cabin is in the port quarter with a generous double bed, wash basin and hanging locker. Webasto diesel fired hot air central heating. Stereo system. Wet hanging space. LED lighting in saloon and forecabin to conserve battery power.
Mechanical Systems
Located behind the companionway is the Yanmar 4JH3BE four cylinder 56hp diesel engine. Freshwater cooled via heat exchanger. Shaft drive to a three bladed feathering propeller. Single lever control. 322 litre fuel capacity. The engine is serviced annually. Bowthruster (serviced 2022).

Construction
Built in 2000 by Island Packet Yachts to a design by Robert Johnson. Cream GRP hull with style stripes. Teak toe rail. Cream GRP superstructure with moulded non-slip to deck. Long keel with encapsulated ballast. Keel hung rudder. Wheel steering. Aft self draining cockpit. Hull was copper coated in 2022. New cockpit drains 2022. New rudder in 2019. Last surveyed in 2018.
