About this Grand Banks 49 Motoryacht

English

1990 Grand Banks 49 Motor Yacht for sale

This is a truly wonderful example of the Grand Banks 49 Motor Yacht, a model that distinguishes itself from the original 49 Classic with her raised AFT-deck, providing an additional full-beam entertainment platform just down from the spacious bridge. The semi-displacement hull and hard chines provide a wonderful ride both at anchor and cruise; comfort is at the forefront throughout this yacht.

Step inside the accommodating saloon down the unique staircase from her raised AFT cockpit which allows a seamless flow around the boat and find an indulgent, light space. The interior boasts a three cabin layout with three heads, with the master stateroom being considerably larger than that found on the 49 Classic. The galley is found down which provides a great area to prepare meals and the storage and refrigeration for extended voyages. Alternatively, she would provide a fantastic home on the water, a wonderful platform for a liveaboard.

The current owner is highly experienced and following a multi-year refit and their meticulous eye for detail has made this example of the 49 Motor Yacht an absolute stand-out. There have been upgrades throughout the boat from a Victron energy system and Watermaker HRO system to a new air-conditioning cooler system and a complete refurb of the furniture, all saloon opening windows and frames to mention just a few.

Powered by twin Caterpillar 375hp engines on shafts which have been meticulously maintained throughout the current ownership with regular services, upgrades as and when needed and running tackle which has been balanced and upgraded.

Available now and lying in Krabi, Thailand; please get in touch with Simpson Marine and Jamie Allwork for further details and to arrange a viewing.
