The Amateur Farrier Command 10, located in Voorne, Netherlands, is a 1989 trimaran designed by Ian Farrier. With an overall length of 10.00 meters and a beam of 8.15 meters, it is an enlarged version of the popular Trailertris, known for its seaworthiness and performance. Named "Anansi," this trimaran has been well-maintained by its original owner/builder for 35 years, and it remains suitable for long ocean voyages or family holidays. While some water ingress was recently discovered behind the mast, the owner has reduced the price by €10,000. The boat is equipped with navigation instruments like a compass, depth, VHF, and speed instruments, as well as safety and electronic equipment including a bilge pump, fire extinguisher, anchor, battery, and generator.
Ian Farrier's Command 10 is the logic enlargement of his popular Trailertris, that passes their great seaworthiness and good performance to a spacious and comfortable design for long ocean-voyages or cozy family holidays. "Anansi" is a beautiful example of this rare, be it somewhat dated trimaran design. The present owner/builder arranged the yacht for his own use and maintained her to a high standard throughout the past 35 years. Because of his growing age he now hopes to find a new admirer of this kind of trimarans, who will care for his "Anansi" during the many years she still deserves. Recently some water-ingress was found in the decksheet behind the mast. As the owner cannot make these repairs by himself, he has reduced the price with € 10.000.
