ETAP 30I, SPACIOUS AND VERY WELL MAINTAINED AND ONLY 2 OWNERS! A beautiful and well-constructed boat that perfectly combines good sailing characteristics with spaciousness and comfort. Due to the construction of the boat, the top of the salon is elevated, with many windows all around, which make the salon very bright and inviting. The boat is built with a double hull and with insulation, which means the boat maintains a nice temperature. At the stern of the boat there is a bathing platform with associated bathing ladder, so there is easy access from a fresh dip to the cockpit.
The boat is steered, which means there is more space in the cockpit, which feels larger and more spacious.
The cockpit therefore has plenty of space for guests on board with a cockpit table and, should the weather be bad, there is the option of attaching the boat's cockpit tent.
On portside, the boat is equipped with a fine pantry with, among other things, 2 burners, an oven and a cooler with a compressor at the descent to the saloon on the BB side. In the SS side aft there is a toilet with an associated shower. The boat has an aft cabin with plenty of room for 2 sleepers behind the pantry on the BB side. In the middle of the salon, the boat is furnished with two longitudinal sofas, with a table in the middle of the ship. The table in the middle has the option of being folded out and thereby there is plenty of room for diners on board. On the longitudinal sofas, it is possible to make this into 2 sleeping places.
The boat has a forward cabin, which can be closed off from the salon with a smart closure.
The boat therefore has a total of 6 berths!
The boat's salon is heated by a Webasto cabin heater, which ensures that it is warm even on cold days.
The boat is sold with all equipment and 100% ready for the next sailing trips.
The keel has been sanded and primed - and everything has been bottom painted in November 2024.
