'Suenos' 44ft cruiser stern built 2008 by East West Marine powered by Barrus Shanks 35hp inboard diesel engine.
From the bow is the main cabin which is a light & airy space. On the port side is a sofa bed offering comfortable seating which also makes a guest double. The starboard side has a solid fuel stove mounted on a tiled plinth & surround, there is gunnel shelving and TV etc.
Moving down the boat is the dinette area again with comfortable seating, additional storage under & a central heating radiator.
The galley has a stainless steel sink & drainer with tiled splash-back, 4 ring gas hob, oven & grill, fridge, bulkhead mounted cabinets, granite work-tops,
and ample storage cupboards.
The bathroom comprises of a large shower, hand was basin set in storage cupboard unit, bathroom cabinet mirror fronted, shelving, towel rail and a pump-out toilet.
In the bedroom there is a fixed double with holding tank & storage below, overhead lockers, wardrobe, cupboard with access to electrics, combi inverter charger, etc & central heating radiator.
The boat has 12 & 240 electrics, immersion heater, 3 x solar panels, Webasto diesel central heating, pram-hood. storage box seating & a BSC valid until May 2025.
