A Furuno GP32 GPS is connected to an ASUS minicomputer with a 10.1-inch screen for detailed mapping of the English Channel and the Atlantic, as well as a VHF NAVICOM RT750 with ASN-DSC to ensure communication in all circumstances.

The performance of the Dufour 48 is further enhanced by a standing rigging completely replaced in December 2023, as well as a Full Batten mainsail in Mylar/Taffeta composite fabric with tri-radial cut, mounted on a ball carriage, for maneuverability and maximum efficiency in navigation. The furling genoa, also in composite fabric, is in excellent condition, with a new UV strip from 2024. A symmetrical spinnaker with sock completes the sail equipment, offering versatility for all wind conditions.
