The DALE 28 was conceived to meet the needs of long standing DALE clients who wanted to downsize whilst retaining the sea keeping and quality to which they were accustomed. A large socialising space in the wheelhouse and cockpit area as well as a cabin for two plus occasional berths for a further two were top of their list.
Putting everything that is special about a DALE into 28 feet was a challenge that we just couldn’t resist.
With her Nelson heritage and unrivalled sea-keeping, the DALE 28 guarantees to open up endless possibilities for cruising and exploring. She’s a joy to helm….light and responsive, providing that confidence and reassurance in your absolute control. The smooth ride and effortless performance will keep you and your guests happy whilst eating up mile after mile and as your horizons extend, so will your memories of new places visited both near and far. Easy to handle but with true sea going credentials, her ability to fulfil the aspirations of even the most experienced are undoubted, demonstrated brilliantly during her sea trials in four metre seas off the Pembrokeshire coast. Needless to say, Mike was in his element!!
Every possible need has been taken into consideration to ensure that the accommodation on board is sufficiently spacious and comfortable. Side decks are wide and reassuring and the cockpit sole flows seamlessly into the wheelhouse for the ultimate experience in indoor-outdoor living. At her first showing at Southampton 2018, customers stepping aboard commented on the spaciousness, the generous accommodation not to mention the “gorgeous heads!”
The story continues and with further refinements, with an even more luxurious fit out and a true master cabin, twin engines with joystick manoeuvring and top speed of 29 knots plus. Add six tons of boat and this is a serious craft to be considered by those looking for a fun cruising boat with the DALE capabilities…… your cruising and exploring awaits you!
