This vessel, with an overall length of 30.26 metres and a beam of 6.01 metres, was manufactured in 1981. Designed in the former USSR, the Kometa, meaning "comet" in Russian, is celebrated as one of the most successful passenger hydrofoils globally, with models still in service across various countries. While this particular model showcases the era's engineering prowess, a new iteration, the Kometa-120 m, is under development in Russia.
