Originally designed to be a ¾ ton IOR production racer by Dick Carter, the brief was certainly achieved with the Carter 33 being the top scoring production yacht of the series during the 1976 World Championships. As well as performance, Carter ensured that below deck, the yacht still has substantial accommodation and comfort with the ability to sleep up to 7 people. The Carter 33 has been primarily produced in Greece by Olympic Yachts and is considered a pylon of the early years of yacht charter. This 1974 vintage beauty has undertaken a 2021 total refit. All but the hull and mast is completely new! You get a vintage boat that attracts the attention in every marina with all modern systems and amenities as if it was a 2021 boat! Mast is painted and with new wires. All wood with new shiny varnish. Hull with 3M shine white film. The whole combination, along with other color selection is aimed to be a trap for the eye.
