About this World Cruiser Bruce Roberts 532

English

DECK SALOON World Cruiser, built in steel with the acclaimed design from Bruce Roberts, ready for the big oceans - built to handle all weather conditions. The ship is well equipped with a central heating system, insulated hull, powerful bow thruster, Perkins 92 HP engine with only 780 hours, navigation from Raymarine, complete pantry, three double cabins, large capacity for water and diesel in steel tanks and much more...

This Deck Saloon World Cruiser is ideal for safe long-distance sailing or sailing houseboat. The ship has been looked after according to the regulations and is continuously updated and is now being sold from the second owner.

The hull was built in 2001, but the ship was only fully adapted and put into use in 2006. The ship was self-adapted by the previous owner in the period 2001-2006. The future owner must estimate costs for various cosmetic updates/finishes so that she is in tip top cosmetic condition.

The ship has a smaller solar panel system which helps to supply the ship's operation. In addition, she is sensibly equipped with what you would expect from a ship of this size & price range. It is also worth mentioning that there is a lot of space for storing equipment and provisions, as well as two large technical rooms with space for mounting extra equipment such as a generator, watermaker or a workshop etc.

The boat was originally built as a ketch but is currently only rigged with a mast, which means there is plenty of space on the aft deck. The helm station is pulled up high in relation to the waterline, which provides a safe cockpit that is protected from wind and weather and with perfect visibility.

Description of the interior

From the cockpit you go directly into the large Deck Saloon, which is furnished with a dining area on the BB side with a U-shaped sofa. This dining area is raised, which means that you come up to the level of windows with a 360-degree view, both in port and while sailing. In the SB side of the salon, the skipper has a place to steer the ship, which can therefore also be done in dry weather.

Amidships, an open landing has been made to the pantry on the BB side. Here there is everything necessary to make a reasonable meal for the crew on board. In the SB side, there is a relatively large side space in the form of an L-sofa with a corresponding table. At the front of the ship, there are two guest cabins with a double bed and a separate bathroom. Aft in the ship is the ship's Master Cabin, where there is plenty of room for two sleepers and a stowage room. Inside the Master Cabin is a private bathroom with bath and toilet. In SB aft, there is a descent to the engine compartment. In the large engine room, there is also oceans of space for storing various necessities that are wanted on a longer or shorter sailing trip.

The ship is delivered 100 % ready to sail for a new skipper. The ship has most recently been at the shipyard in 2023 in Stockholm, where she has had the major review of the bottom, new sea valve, anodes and the bottom painted. Total price approx. EUR 15.000. Receipt is available.

This World cruiser is sold at a fair price.

You get a lot of boat here for little money, but you must expect costs for cosmetic updates.
