One meticulous owner since 2015.! A Superbly Maintained Beneteau Oceanis Clipper 323 with the benefit of a lifting keel. The interior Joinery is fabulous, the upgrades tremendous and the overall maintenance of this lovely racer/cruiser is exceptional. The hull was manufactured in 2005, however she was fitted to the 2006 specification. Designed and perfected by the Beneteau Group Finot stable she has the benefit of great performance with a very fast hull but has been refined to create a spacious and comfortable family cruiser/racer. The owner has set her up with a twin furling system, remote steering and of course lines led aft to enable easy single handed sailing. She also benefits from a bow thruster! She has the sought after lifting keel 0.8m to allow for shoal waters and 2m providing stability when at sea. Standing rigging 2018, Copper Coat 2018, Solar solar installed 2020, and Nav gear updated 2018. What more could you desire from a sailing yacht!

The interior of this beautiful Beneteau Oceanis is fabulous in terms of condition, layout, stowage, headroom (1.85m in Saloon) and the size of the heads. Bright and airey the joinery looks amazing as does the overall yacht. Below decks you will find a relatively huge heads on the starboard side equipped with shower area with seat, head, wash hand basin and an area for hanging up your wet gear. There is the option to use the holding tank or pump out facility. There is a compact well designed galley to port with the benefit of a gimballed oven. There is a decent fridge compartment with an element powerful enough to freeze food in top section. There is a bespoke Galley sink infill and Sink splash back. The main saloon provides ample seating with the benefit of the port side settee berth converting to a double berth. The starboard side settee can provide a single berth and additionally serves as the Nav Station seating too. The forward Cabin provides a decent sized double berth with stowage. The Aft-Cabin provides a large beamy double berth with light and ventilation, stowage and good headroom for sitting up in bed to read your favourite book. You can tell that she has been looked after by her careful owners.
