This Beneteau Oceanis 51.1 from 2022 is a great example of a hardly and only privately used blue water cruiser that offers excellent performance and superb living comfort on board. She has wide uncluttered decks, a low and sleek coach roof, an electric opening transom that converts into a large bathing platform and a bow sprit with integrated anchoring gear and bobstay. The beamy and carefully thought-out cockpit features two XXL consoles with white composite steering wheels and a sizable deluxe drop-leaf cockpit table with built-in cool unit. Forward of the twin wheels is more than enough space to lounge on the sunbathing cushions on both sides of the companion way, the cockpit seats with cushioned coamings, and the sunbathing area on the fore deck. Even though she is big and beamy she is quite easy to handle with her in-mast furling main sail, self-tacking Genua, furling Genua, hydraulic backstay, and electric winches. She is, furthermore, equipped with a complete Simrad and B&G navigation pack, a 110hp diesel engine with only 75 running hours, folding prop, bow thruster, dinghy with outboard engine, sprayhood, bimini, life raft, retractable davits, Webasto heating and an aircon unit.
Stepping down you’ll be surprised by the generous volume offered. There is just so much room. The interior looks and feels light, bright, and airy thanks to the White Oak finish and the multiple overhead hatches and hull ports. This Beneteau has a large master cabin forward with an ensuite shower compartment to starboard and a separate ensuite head compartment to port. The two double bed guest cabins are located aft and share the second bathroom.
