Oceanis 40 Clipper, located near Athens, Greece. A well maintained and well presented yacht fully equipped, and currently Greek flagged and licensed for charter. There is a full service and maintenance history and the yacht is scheduled for replacement of the rigging prior to going back into the water.

Sails were new in 2023, so only one season's use, Bimini and sprayhood are recent and both the interior and exterior are well presented and in good order.

The yacht has undergone a recent engine service and comprehensive routine winter maintenance and is sold with new rigging (ordered) and will be antifouled and fully prepared prior to re-launch.

Inventory & Equipment

Comprehensive domestic and safety inventory includes EPIRB, life raft, fire extinguishers, life jackets, flares pack, fire blanket etc., inflatable dinghy, electric windlass, VHF radio, Wind/depth/speed instruments, GPS plotter, autopilot and is sold fully equipped and ready for sea.

Licensed for Charter

The yacht is currently Greek flagged and is registered and licensed for charter, with VAT not paid (as was standard on Greek registered charter yachts).

A charter management package is available if required, or it can be bought as a private yacht and the charter licence cancelled.

Guarantee

having been professionally maintained, the engine has a 3 months warranty, whilst the new sails by Quantum are still under manufacturer's guarantee.

The same will apply to the new rigging.
