Designed by Alan F Hill the Coaster 33 was in production between the early 1970’s and the late 1980’s, hulls being moulded by Robert Ives Ltd and the fitted out by the highly respected RJ Prior & Son yard at Burnham-on-Crouch, in total 47 boats were launched. With there lines based around those of a traditional MFV the Coaster 33 boasts a full-length keel and has proven to perform well under sail, power or both. The same hull was developed to produce the Passagemaker 33 with a different deck moulding along the lines of the Colvic style of motorsailer.

The Coaster 33 FINKEL has been with her current owners since 2010. Now based on the Isle of Bute the Coaster 33 has proven to be an ideal boat for cruising and exploring the waters of Scotland’s West Coast where they are a familiar sight. Her inventory includes:
