Classic designed blue water cruising boats, Hans Christian Yachts are renowned for their woodwork, character and sturdy sail-ability! And Slim Jack is extra special, being a HC 33, her compactness only adds to her charm. Deceivingly roomy and full of storage capabilities, there are little nooks and cubby holes for all your stowage needs. Slim Jack has a deep, well protected, aft cockpit, and 2 cabins, one aft starboard, and the other double port side as you venture forward to the bathroom section, which contains a head and a stand alone shower cubicle!
Slim Jack has been owned by her current owners, since 2009. They are the second owners. She has been used as a Thailand/ Malaysia west coast sailing vessel, as well as a weekender and holiday cruiser, as the owners are based work wise in Kuala Lumpur. They have had amazing adventures with their now teenage daughters and have consistently maintained and cared for as needed.
New sails and rigging were installed in 2010, the electrical panel was replaced and wiring redone in 2013, and in 2015 a significant refit was done at Boat Lagoon in Phuket. Inclusive of :

The boat was repowered last year (2023) by Andersson Marine Services.

The sails have been inspected and serviced every few years. There is also a recent rigging survey/report to share.
Slim Jack has spent most of her time in marinas and has had people attending to her.
The photos and video were taken on the 29th June 2024.
